Delivery and Shipping
York Fine Arts offers high quality delivery and shipping for all artworks throughout the UK and worldwide.
We have regular shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, China and Japan via our preferred partner UPS.
From the most expensive works of art to our most moderately priced items, all shipping is competitively priced, securely packaged and fully insured while in transit.
Costs
Shipping costs are calculated using the size, weight and value of the artwork, together with the delivery destination. Shipping costs are shown online where available, or can be confirmed by telephoning the gallery on 01904 634221.
Shipping times vary depending on the size of the artwork, the delivery destination and any customs processing required. Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will contact you with an estimated arrival day and tracking details to follow the progress of the delivery.
International shipments may be subject to local duty, tax, customs charges or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check your local government or customs website for further guidance before placing an order.

Returns
Returns are accepted for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described items only. We do not accept returns for unwanted items, changes of mind, or items that no longer suit a customer’s requirements.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact York Fine Arts within 14 days of receiving your order or, for gallery purchases, within 14 days of collection.
Returns may be made in person at the gallery or sent back to us by post or courier. Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, York Fine Arts will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges. Eligible refunds are normally processed within 28 days of receiving the returned item. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Terms of Sale for full details.
