As we find ourselves once more in Autumn’s comforting embrace, this season of renewal brings with it a superb selection of fine art. In a scene that perfectly encapsulates the innocence and wonder of childhood, a young family bask in the resplendent warmth of high noon. Awash with natural, golden light, Dianne Flynn’s ‘Summer Afternoon’ epitomizes the artist’s deft, intuitive style and the timeless quality of her work.

With the arrival of autumn, we are reminded that our highly anticipated annual exhibition, featuring the work of Edward Hersey and Gordon Lees, is now just around the corner. Opening next month on Friday the 20th of November, in the run up to the festive period, and closing on Sunday the 20th of December, this exhibition brings together a collection of original paintings and signed limited edition prints, from two of the country’s finest landscape artists. As the gallery’s biggest show of the year, it is not one to be missed.
